A privately gated country house with a beautifully landscaped garden to enjoy.The gardens follow on to the property’s equestrian paddocks, from which guests can enjoy access to The New Forest National Park. The property has an open fireplace in the living room for those cosy evenings in. It is well-equipped with everything you would need for self-catering. Well behaved dogs are very welcome, please read doggie policy. The swimming pool is open from April-Oct. The Hot Tub is open all year round!

Other things to note

The property is a large country home with a guest suite which is this listing. It is self contained and you won’t be sharing accommodation with anyone outside of your group. The pool and hot tub are for sole use of this booking. The property can be opened up to enable bookings of up to 16 guests. Please message to enquire for rates and availability.

We welcome families and groups of friends to enjoy this beautiful property and all that this wonderful area has to offer. We DO NOT offer accommodation for people to host stag/hen parties or the like. We have neighbours in nearby properties who we do not want to be disturbed by our guests. Please consider this carefully before making your booking.

Doggie Dos and Don’ts

If you plan to bring your dogs on holiday, please read our policy before booking:

We allow a maximum of x2 dogs per booking.

Dogs must be fully house trained.

No-go areas are upstairs and on the furniture. Your dog is welcome to be in the downstairs bedrooms so long as they don’t go on the beds.

It’s the owners responsibility to clean up after the dog – poop and hairs.

The dog(s) must not be left alone in the house at any time.

Keep dogs on leads around livestock.

Ensure flea treatment is up to date before arrival.

Any damage or stains must be paid for in full.

An extra £25 fee per dog will be payable on booking. We provide doggie towels to dry off your fur baby after walks.
