A charming country house with a beautifully landscaped garden to enjoy. The property boasts two open fireplaces which situate in the living room and dining room, perfect for those cosy and relaxed evenings in. It is well-equipped with everything you would need for self-catering. The Hot tub seats up to 6 people with 110 jets! Positioned brilliantly on the edge of the New Forest National Park only a few minutes drive from the traditional market town of Ringwood.

The space
Please note, this is a guest suite which is completely self contained. You will not share accommodation or parking with anyone. However the rest of the house may be occupied during your stay, in which case you will share some of the large garden. The patio and hottub outside your accommodation are for your sole use only. The entrance to the property has an area for your coats and boots for when you return from your forest adventures. The house proudly boasts a large kitchen with a breakfast table, Rangemaster cooker and an American fridge freezer with chilled filtered water and ice dispenser. The kitchen also has a walk-in pantry with a washing machine and tumble drier.
The house boasts 3 reception rooms, perfect for larger groups. Both the living room and formal dining room have open fires, perfect for cosy evenings in.
The conservatory has spectacular views of the mature landscaped gardens which are followed on by the properties fields. You will see the forest wildlife frequenting the gardens including deer, rabbits, birds, squirrels, foxes and badgers. There are several family ponies living in the fields that encompass the property.
The formal dining room has a very large table which seats up to 12 people.
The living room is very comfortable with a 4K HD Smart TV, compatible with apple.
Upstairs we have three bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a master with en-suite. It has a super king bed, vanity and ample wardrobe space.
Bedroom 2 is also a super king room with the same and has a family bathroom adjacent to the room.
Bedroom 3 has two double beds.
Bedroom 4 is found downstairs, it is a double bedroom which has a toilet right next to it.
Bedroom 5 has a day bed with a pull out trundle situated in the conservatory.
Extra sleeping can be arranged with z-beds to sleep up to 14 guests.
The property has a hot tub which features 110 jets for massage and mood lighting. The hot tub is a treat all year round. It is perfect for relaxing and stargazing on a clear night. There is outdoor seating along and a gas BBQ.

Guest access
Guests have access to a Hot-tub which is solely for their use.
The large garden may be shared.
Guests have walking access at the back of the property to the forest (approx 10 minute walk)
If you wish to use this access please ask for the gate code.
We would recommend that cyclists use the road access at the front of the property in the summer as the fields can be wet and difficult to cycle through.

Other things to note
The property is a large country home with a guest suite which is this listing. It is self contained and you won’t be sharing accommodation with anyone outside of your group. The hottub is for sole use of this booking. The property can be opened up to enable bookings of up to 16 guests. Please message to enquire for rates and availability.
We welcome families and groups of friends to enjoy this beautiful property and all that this wonderful area has to offer. We DO NOT offer accommodation for people to host stag/hen parties or the like. We have neighbours in nearby properties who we do not want to be disturbed by our guests.
